Where you are:

FY2 in the Paediatric ward of the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

Who the patient is:

A 4-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with acute pyelonephritis.

Other information you have about the patient:

He takes Sodium Valproate (200mg twice daily) for epilepsy twice daily as well as Lansoprazole (15mg once daily).

What you must do:

Prescribe appropriate medication for the pyelonephritis along with his regular medications.
